We take stewardship seriously and have designed the Greater Austin Mission Society to not only receive generosity but also give generously.

We’re committed to always supporting organizations that are aligned with our vision and beliefs even as generous people and organizations contribute to us.

Our work is purely donation-based, and we’d welcome your commitment to contribute on a monthly basis.

Why Support Raising?

The Apostle Paul lays down his right to require direct financial support from some churches he serves, to remove any barrier to gospel work.

Following that example, our leadership team raises prayer and financial support, trusting God and other disciples of Jesus to partner together in training and resourcing.

Some of the resources that are given to the Greater Austin Mission Society will contribute to their support, but no person will receive more than 20% of their need in order to ensure the leadership community of the Society remains voluntarily affiliated rather than monetarily compensated.

Reliant makes more ministry happen by partnering with small ministries like ours. They provide operational services for our team of support-raised workers, and help us partner with other ministries.

Saturate Logo

Saturate is a like-minded national ministry seeking to develop city saturation movements. They provide ongoing support and training for the development of the ministry.

  • We use financial resources in three primary ways:

    1. Operational support of the organization for things like this website and our ministry events!

    2. Financial contributions to our leadership team as they serve the Society and seek the kingdom. Our leaders are support-raised workers through various organizations.

    3. Direct grants to ministries and people in need. We always want to be a blessing with the blessings we have received, and we give to others as the Spirit leads and opportunity arises.
